Resn Black Friday / Cyber Monday Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Overview
Resn is offering a single one-page scrolling website design and development service, valued at USD$20,000, for a promotional price of USD$9,999.99. This offer is available as a special Black Friday and Cyber Monday promotion. Only one website will be sold at this discounted rate, and selection is based on applicant submissions.

2. Promotion Eligibility and Submission Requirements
To be considered for this offer, applicants must email Resn at blackfridaysale@resn.co.nz with the following information: A description of your company, including its industry, size, and mission. An outline of their business needs and objectives for the one-page website. Only one submission per company is allowed. The application email must be received by 11:59 PM (PST) on Cyber Monday, December 2, 2024. Late submissions will not be accepted.

3. Selection Criteria
Resn will review all eligible submissions and select the company whose business needs align best with the creative and technical capabilities of Resn. The selected applicant will be notified by email by December 5, 2024.

4. Project Scope and Delivery
The project scope includes the design and development of a single one-page scrolling website. Any additional features, integrations, or complex functionalities beyond the standard one-page format may incur extra fees, which will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.

Excludes costs of additional third-party licenses, including but not limited to third-party fonts, images, software licenses, and any other required permissions for external resources. The project timeline will be determined based on Resn’s standard scheduling and availability, with an estimated delivery of 6-8 weeks from the start date, no later than 2025.

5. Payment Terms
A 50% deposit of USD$4,999.99 USD is required within five (5) business days of selecting the applicant to secure the promotional pricing. The remaining balance of USD$5000.00 is due upon project completion and prior to the website's final delivery. All payments must be made in USD by bank transfer or as otherwise specified by Resn.

6. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights
Upon full payment, the applicant will receive ownership rights to the final website and its design. Resn reserves the right to display the website in its portfolio and marketing materials.

7. Cancellation Policy
If the applicant cancels the project after the deposit is made, the deposit will be forfeited. In the event Resn cancels the project due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of any paid amount will be issued.

8. By accepting the discounted website offer, the recipient agrees that Resn may use the final website for promotional purposes, including showcasing it in Resn’s portfolio, marketing materials, and social media. The website may be credited to Resn as the designer and developer, and Resn retains the right to display the website publicly as part of their work. This does not affect the recipient’s ownership of the website upon full payment.

9. Limitation of Liability
Resn is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or interruption to the applicant's business due to the creation or delivery of the website.

10. Privacy Policy
All applicant submissions and project communications will be handled in compliance with Resn’s Privacy Policy, accessible on https://resn.co.nz/#!/privacy.

11. Agreement to Terms
By submitting an email application, applicants agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. Resn reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time.
